The Washington Conservatory of Music invites you to an evening of expressive chamber music featuring violinist Kevin Jang and pianist Dominic Muzzi, two outstanding members of the Conservatory’s distinguished faculty.
This recital highlights some of the most beloved works in the violin and piano repertoire. Audiences will experience the lyrical warmth of Johannes Brahms’ Violin Sonata No. 2, the elegance and passion of Gabriel Fauré’s Violin Sonata No. 1, and the fiery Scherzo from the FAE Sonata by Brahms, a collaborative work associated with Brahms and his contemporaries.
Through virtuosic interplay and musical dialogue, Jang and Muzzi bring these masterpieces to life in an exciting and heartfelt setting.
Join us for an inspiring evening celebrating the artistry of Washington Conservatory of Music faculty and the timeless beauty of the violin and piano repertoire.
