Chamber Music Academy Program
An Immersive Chamber Music Experience for Amateur Adult Musicians
Join the Washington Conservatory of Music Chamber Music Academy— offering weekend intensives as well as a week-long summer program, CMA is designed for dedicated adult musicians to refine their ensemble skills, receive expert coaching, collaborate in an inspiring setting, and enjoy master classes and performances by distinguished faculty and guest artists. Each workshop culminates in a final performance, showcasing the progress and artistry developed throughout the workshop.
Under the leadership of directors Jovan Zivkovic and Becky Johnson, as of 2024, the Chamber Music Academy has served 150 participants and coached over 40 chamber groups.

Upcoming Workshop Details
Tuition and Add-ons:
- $300 early bird, $350 regular admission
- $50 application deposit to be paid at time of application- in the case of acceptance,
- $120 for optional private lesson (scheduled independently)

The workshop will utilize space at both WCM at Glen Echo Park and The Episcopal Church of the Redeemer in Glen Echo.
