Conservatory Kids, the early childhood music program at Washington Conservatory of Music, provides a nurturing first music experience for children ages 0 to 5. Classes are grouped by age and developmental stage and taught by professional early childhood music teachers at our Glen Echo Park location. Our teaching establishes a foundation for rhythmic movement and in-tune singing, leading naturally to further exploration of pitch, timbre, instruments, and notation. Completion of the program provides a solid foundation for individual lessons.
