This interactive morning session begins with a violin masterclass and flows into a Musicians’ Health Workshop, open to all instrumentalists, vocalists, and music lovers 9th grade and up.
You’ll gain expert insights into technique and performance—and then get moving with body-awareness exercises designed to reduce tension, prevent injury, and enhance your musical expression.
Come ready to move! No instrument is required for the second half of the workshop. Comfortable clothes are encouraged.
