January 19 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Come and participate in a workshop with Violinist Hal Grossman as he takes a whole body approach with somatic training specifically for musicians at all levels. Mr. Grossman is the founder and creator of The Grossman Method©, a course of study addressing musicians’ health issues. The Method is a unique teaching system that addresses musicians’ health and performance issues within the applied lesson structure. Including a confluence of Yoga, Feldenkrais Method, and Alexander Technique, The Grossman Method has an international presence and has been used by leading performing artists.
